A fast-moving Low pressure system will bring hazardous road conditions in the NE overnight Friday through Saturday. Wintry mix conditions of snow/sleet and freezing rain transitioning to rain will likely create a slippery glaze of ice that's challenging for vehicles. Cities with the highest potential for glaze include Washington DC, Baltimore, Wilmington and Philadelphia. Most of the snowfall this weekend will be north and west of I-95.
